Črni vrh is a 1,291 m high mountain above the gorge of Davča. This area is widely known for the large and well-equipped Ski centre Cerkno. The ski slopes are suitable for both beginners and experienced skiers, spanning from an altitude of 1,290 m down to 960 m.
The centre is accessible via asphalt roads from Cerkno (11 km) and from Železniki (13 km). During the summer season, it serves as a beautiful hiking destination and a popular spot for mountain biking.
