Spatial ability of geographic terms
Epigenetic Valley (epigenetic process) is a riverbed, which was eroded by the water stream (e.g. river) through its own deposit to the more resistant base. Nearby such “captured” riverbed into the more resistant base is old, with the deposit filled (alluvium covered) riverbed.
The process of the creation of epigenetic valley is the Epigenetic process which can be the Edge Epigenetics process when the river carved new riverbed into the more resistant rock or base at the edge of the alluvial plain or the Ridge Epigenetics process when the river carved new riverbed into the more resistant rock on the area of the alluvial plain.
