Pokljuka Biathlon Venue (Rudno Polje in Triglav National Park).

Rudno polje is a former pasture situated on a large forest clearing below Viševnik on the Pokljuka plateau. Today, it is internationally recognized as one of the premier biathlon venues in the world, hosting regular IBU World Cup events.

On the site of the former pasture, there is a modern training center of the Slovenian Army, which includes a ski slope and a ski lift. The plateau serves as a vital hub for winter sports, offering extensive cross-country skiing tracks, and remains a popular starting point for hikers heading towards the central Julian Alps and Mt. Triglav throughout the year.
